The War on Women?; Rush Limbaugh Apologizes

Somewhere in America, United States - America Online — or AOL Inc. (NYSE: AOL) — has dropped their support for Rush Limbaugh’s radio talk show, The Rush Limbaugh Show.
AOL will now join the 11 other advertisers who have dropped their ad time on The Rush Limbaugh Show for Rush Limbaugh’s outrageous comment on Sandra Fluke.
Sandra Fluke is a law student at Georgetown University who was called a “slut” and “prostitute” after testifying in front of Congress trying to push for greater contraceptive coverage and stating the breakthroughs of contraception.
Rush Limbaugh is now under criticism by prominent Democrats, viewers, and the media after his repeated remarks to Sandra Fluke as a “slut.”
The other companies that have dropped ad time for The Rush Limbaugh Show are Sleep Number, The Sleep Train, Quicken Loans, Legal Zoom, Citrix, Carbonite, ProFlowers, Bonobos, Sears, Allstate Insurance, and now AOL.
