Uganda, Africa - Joseph Kony is the leader of the LRA, or the Lord’s Resistance Movement, a syncretic Christian extreme religious ideology militant group active in northern Uganda, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Central African Republic, and the DRC.
